Certification & Reports:

At Joe Wall Electrical we cater for new emergency lighting systems, existings systems which undergo modifications and alterations or extensions – the following certification and reports shall be provided. All works carried in accordance to the latest I.S. 3217:2013+A1:2017 Standards.

1. Emergency Lighting System – Certificate of Design.
2. Emergency Lighting System – Certificate of Installation.
3. Emergency Lighting System – Certificate of Commissioning for New Installation/Modification/Extension or Alteration to an Existing System [Final Certificate of Commissioning].
4. Emergency Lighting System – Certificate of Handover.
5. Emergency Lighting System – Certificate for Annual Inspection & Testing.

Reports:

— Emergency Lighting System – Report for Inspection, Testing & Servicing

— Emergency Lighting System – Report following Annual Inspection & Testing

Servicing Contracts:

The European and Irish Standards require that it is the systems owner’s responsibility to have checks and tests carried out on their system annually.

Joe Wall Electrical can provide maintenance contracts carried out to I.S. 3217:2013+A1:2017 and entitle you to the following:

• 3 quarterly 30 min test & 1 annual 3hr test
  • simulate a power failure
  • check that all emergency luminaires’ LED status indicators are illuminated and showing healthy condition/status
• A report for inspection, testing and servicing
• Certification
• An emergency lighting schedule for periodic inspections and test due dates
• Logbook
• Drawings
